We focus on bringing next-generation experiences to gamers who want to enjoy them anywhere, anytime, across multiple genres and devices. ## What the Role Entails ### Content Creation - Brainstorm, create, shoot, and edit multimedia content including short-form videos, graphics, reels, stories, and captions for social media platforms. - Assist in producing platform-native content for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. - Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to support ideation, copywriting, visual generation, video editing, and content optimization. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives. ### Community Management - Monitor comments, direct messages, and community interactions across social platforms. - Engage actively with followers and help foster a positive and interactive online community. - Identify audience feedback and trending discussions for future content opportunities. ### Content Scheduling & Operations - Assist in maintaining and updating the social media content calendar. - Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. - Support campaign execution and coordinate content delivery timelines. ### Analytics & Reporting - Track social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time, and conversion metrics. - Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and summarize actionable insights. - Support A/B testing initiatives for content formats and posting strategies. ### Trend & Market Research - Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform algorithm updates, viral content formats, and competitor activities. - Explore new AI tools and automation workflows that can improve content creation efficiency and creative quality. ## Who We Look For - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field. - Familiar with major social media platforms and digital publishing workflows. - Basic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, or similar platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience using AI content creation tools and generative AI workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.). - An existing portfolio, personal projects, social media account, or demo reel showcasing past experience in content and multimedia creation. - Passion for internet culture, digital storytelling, gaming, or social media trends. - Mandarin proficiency preferred for creating content for Mandarin-speaking audiences on Xiaohongshu and managing Chinese-language social media accounts. ## Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
