## Special Opportunities

Specializing in European opportunistic credit strategy focused on corporate and real estate credit, we provide bespoke capital solutions in situations characterized by a scarcity of liquidity across primary and secondary markets.

## Responsibilities

  
- Take an active supporting role across the full spectrum of special opportunities investments.
  
- Analyze investment memos, presentations, and specific analytical research.
  
- Understand the financial performance and market positioning of selected companies.
  
- Research strategic and financial trends within industries.
  
- Undertake company valuation using different methodologies (e.g., M&A multiples, trading comps).
  
- Use models to project future cash flows, valuations, credit/recovery analysis, and sensitivity analyses under different scenarios.
  
- Participate in Investment Committees.

## Profile

  
- Previous experience in investment banking, financial analysis, M&A, private equity, or transaction services would be appreciated.
  
- Strong rigor with excellent analytical skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
  
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and proactive.
  
- Proven ability to work in a challenging environment.
  
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  
- Proficient English required; another European language is advantageous.

## Work Authorization

Candidates must have the right to work full time in the UK and be available for a minimum of 6 months.
