## Position Summary

General Atlantic is looking to hire a Temporary HCM Analyst to join the Human Capital Management team in our New York office. This will be a 6–8-week assignment. HCM recently cascaded results from GA’s firm-wide Workday Peakon Employee Voice survey. This role will provide temporary support producing survey reports for leaders and managers, pulling data from Peakon, using Excel to organize results, and formatting outputs into PowerPoint using GA’s report templates.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable moving across multiple tools, and able to manage a high volume of report requests within a defined timeframe.

## Responsibilities

  
- Extract and organize Peakon survey data (driver scores, question-level scores, participation rates) for assigned business areas
  
- Cross-check all figures against Peakon and data files before they go into any report
  
- Populate individual results decks using the standard PowerPoint template
  
- Flag data issues (e.g., missing teams, blended scores across areas, groups below the anonymity threshold)
  
- Perform light formatting and QA, including checking decks for consistency, correct branding, and no leftover placeholder text
  
- Work closely with the HCM team to keep packs moving through review

## Qualifications

  
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, basic formulas, and comfort cross-referencing data across sheets)
  
- Strong PowerPoint skills (working within a template, consistent formatting, not designing from scratch)
  
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude/ChatGPT is beneficial, but not required
  
- High attention to detail—accuracy is key because this data will be shared with business leaders
  
- Comfortable asking questions and flagging uncertainty rather than assuming
  
- Able to work to a defined structure/template rather than creating new formats independently
  
- Discreet—this work involves confidential and sensitive employee data
