## Customer Service Representative

As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. You will deliver exceptional customer care experiences by building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding service.

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide customer service for all customers.
  
- Support customers with service orders and billing analysis.
  
- Use strong telecommunications skills to balance multiple, complex, and time-sensitive duties.
  
- Handle challenging interpersonal situations with flexibility and a focus on creating positive outcomes.
  
- Use strong face-to-face, written, and verbal communication skills.
  
- Diffuse difficult customer situations.
  
- Develop creative resolutions and connect customers with the right products and services for their needs.

## Required Experience & Knowledge

  
- Two years of experience in direct or related industry.
  
- Associate degree in business or a combination of education and experience.
  
- Experience interacting with complex database and management systems supporting customers.

## Additional Qualifications

  
- Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and data management.
  
- Detail-oriented problem solver with experience improving processes.
