## Job Description

You will assist the Lease Management team with additional property tax computations.

## Responsibilities

  
- Conduct thorough reviews of additional property tax payable by tenants
  
- Examine relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements
  
- Assess the viability of claw backs from tenants
  
- Prepare and send letters to tenants regarding relevant property tax claw backs when initiated
  
- Respond to and interact with tenants regarding their queries
  
- Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants
  
- Track and monitor payments by tenants
  
- Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks (e.g., AV review) as assigned

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with numbers
  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
- Prior knowledge of real estate or valuation is advantageous
  
- Meticulous and proactive
