## Job Description

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall, including cleaning, M&E, fire safety, and car park operations.
  
- Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance works.
  
- Assist in coordinating tenancy fitting-out and reinstatement works.
  
- Liaise with tenants on outstanding fit-out submissions after renovation and following submission of renovation invoices.
  
- Update Environment Health and Sustainability (EHS) and ISO documentation, and file records to comply with ISO 9001.
  
- Provide assistance with Capex works.
  
- Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects.
  
- Support other ad-hoc operations duties as required.

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any related disciplines.
  
- Basic Facilities Management knowledge.
  
- Basic M&E knowledge.
  
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
