## Job Description

You will be assisting the Raffles City Marketing and Communications (Marcoms) team with their day-to-day activities and projects.

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist in the implementation of overall advertising and promotional activities for the Mall to generate traffic and revenue.
  
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing various digital and in-mall campaigns, including the creation of simple artwork.
  
- Gather shoppers’ and tenants’ feedback about the Mall and our services.
  
- Build relationships with tenants and garner their participation in the Mall’s activities.
  
- Evaluate the results of Marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
  
- Perform market research on the retail industry, trends in events, and campaigns.
  
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines.
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  
- Positive attitude to pick up new skills.
  
- Able to multi-task and deliver given tasks within timelines.
  
- Good analytical skills.
