We have a culture of empowering exceptional people to become the best version of themselves. ## The role The Talent Development Coordinator sits within the Growth team of a global energy and commodities trading firm that provides liquidity across international markets. The team operates at the intersection of trading performance, talent development, and strategic growth, working closely with the trading floor and senior leadership. This role offers rare exposure to the inner workings of a live trading environment. The successful candidate will support the performance management of junior traders—tracking development, milestones, and outcomes; keeping performance data clean and current; and ensuring the operational machinery behind trader development runs smoothly. Unlike siloed People roles, this position is embedded in the commercial engine of the firm and provides direct insight into how trading talent is identified, developed, and scaled. ## Key responsibilities - Own the operational detail behind the performance function, from scorecards, drill logs, and desk feedback to assessment records and rotation schedules. - Act as a responsive point of contact for traders and desk heads, delivering data, materials, and ad hoc requests to a high standard. - Contribute to development and improvement projects across the training and performance ecosystem. - Coordinate recruitment pipelines and interview logistics. - Gain broad exposure to the trading floor, commodity markets, and the commercial dynamics of an energy trading business.
