## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Coordinate and maintain comprehensive administrative records related to logistics and project activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
  
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of resources and shipments in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
  
- Manage communications and document flow between departments, suppliers, and service providers to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.
  
- Support the development of logistics plans by compiling data, monitoring progress, and reporting on key milestones and potential risks.
  
- Prepare and process required documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory controls, within integrated logistics frameworks.
  
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative procedures and overall logistics service delivery.

## Requirements

  
- Relevant administrative or logistics experience in a project or manufacturing environment, preferably within shipbuilding or marine industries.
  
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple logistics activities effectively.
  
- Good communication skills to enable effective liaison across teams and external stakeholders.
  
- Familiarity with logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
  
- Proficiency with standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management.
  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

## Other Information

**Location:** 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)

**Work Schedule:** 5 days work week

**Working Hours:** 7.25am to 5.00pm
