## Job Description

## Responsibilities

  
- Manage and respond to incoming leads or enquiries from various digital platforms, e.g. website, social media, email, WhatsApp and Telegram.
  
- Lead qualification by following up on campaign leads via text message or email.
  
- Update leads and customer data in the database for direct marketing, analysis, and reporting.
  
- Support the planning and execution of both digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  
- Assist in the production and/or updating of marketing creatives and collaterals.
  
- Provide logistical and coordination support when required, e.g. Agent Site Tours and Partner Rewards Event.
  
- Assist in exploring process improvement initiatives.
  
- Support marketing research or other ad-hoc duties as required.

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines.
  
- Keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (prior knowledge of formulas/pivot tables is a plus).
  
- Knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop or video editing software is an added advantage.
  
- Prior experience or interest in customer service is an added advantage.
