You will play a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships with clients, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help address their financial needs and make their lives easier, contributing to the success of the branch. ## Job Responsibilities - Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service and creating a welcoming environment. - Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations. - Use clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients by asking questions, listening carefully, and anticipating needs to build trust. - Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs whenever and however they want. - Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult with clients about banking solutions and collaborate with connect clients to our team of experts for specialized financial needs. - Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results. - Ability to create memorable experiences for clients by elevating the client experience. - Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs. - Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail to provide a consistent client experience. - Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training. - High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. - Minimum licensing requirements include the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. Unlicensed applicants must obtain required licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, with study materials and support provided. - Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. ## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - College degree or military equivalent. - Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. ## Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act (Loan Originator Requirements) This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
