Posted 2026-07-22; applications close 2026-09-20. **Apply**: https://hcxs.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/21014551 Posted 1d ago. ## Role details ## Restructuring Analyst Our Restructuring professionals serve as financial advisors to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, and other interested parties in distressed situations across virtually every industry and throughout the business life cycle. As a Restructuring Analyst, you will support the team with the day-to-day procedures involved in both Restructuring Advisory engagements and formal Insolvency appointments, such as Administrations and Liquidations. With training and support from more senior team members, you will work on a range of assignments assisting distressed businesses, including financial analysis and supporting the drafting of independent business reviews, as well as work on accelerated M&A processes, asset realisations and investigations, and statutory credit reporting. You will also liaise with a wide range of stakeholders and help ensure working capital is managed effectively. Study support is included alongside your client-facing responsibilities, and you will gain hands-on client experience from your first day. ## Responsibilities - Oversee the efficient and timely progression of a portfolio of Restructuring projects. - Demonstrate organisation, ownership, and proactive management of tasks. - Meet deadlines and communicate progress. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Work with senior staff on high-level decision-making. - Build and maintain professional relationships with lenders, asset agents, and solicitors. - Visit clients’ premises and liaise with management and employees. ### On Restructuring Advisory assignments - Assist with financial analysis. - Review short-term cash flow forecasts. - Draft independent business reviews. - Assist with options analysis for distressed businesses. ### On formal insolvency assignments - Maximise returns to creditors by investigating companies’ affairs and realising assets. - Draft information memoranda and assist with business and asset sales. - Prepare statutory documentation and correspondence. - Manage case administration and statutory compliance. ## Essential Traits - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Ability to develop and drive relationships with individuals from all industries. - Ability to master new tasks quickly while showing strong attention to detail. - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments. - Ability to manage rapidly changing assignments and work well under pressure. - Strong team player who can work in a team environment across multiple case teams. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. - Ability to assess and manage risk, deal with ambiguity, and understand the commercial drivers behind the outcomes of our work. - 12 to 24 months’ experience in the Restructuring Advisory industry. - Relevant degree, achieving 2:1 or equivalent. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ## About Kroll Join the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
