## Asia Pacific Corporates Intern

**Contract Type:** 6 months fixed-term contract

**Location:** Singapore

**Department:** Asia Pacific Corporates

## Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an intern for the Asia Pacific Corporates team for a 3 to 6-month internship (flexible duration). As a member of the team, you will assist with the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities for ICG. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of industry sectors and develop your skills in evaluating private equity investments.

## Primary Responsibilities

  
- Conduct economic/financial research on industries and companies
  
- Evaluate a company’s financial and operating performance in the context of overall industry and market trends
  
- Build, review, and operate complex valuation financial models used for evaluating investments
  
- Assist with drafting investment memorandums and presentations, including industry trends, investment overview and thesis, key risks/issues, and related content
  
- Assist with portfolio management

## Key Requirements / Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience in:

### Essential

  
- Strong work ethic
  
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and willingness to learn
  
- A supportive and adaptable team member who can build positive relationships
  
- Financial modeling skills
  
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
