Your role assignment will be based on business needs, your personal strengths, and it may be in any of the following industries: - Communications, Media and Technology - Financial Services - Health and Public Service - Resources - Products ## Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities may include addressing key business problems and developing best-practice technology solutions for business improvement. The scope may include, but is not limited to: - Participate in a scrum team to perform agile development. - Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for user story development. - Showcase user stories developed to the product owner. - Perform integration testing for developed user stories. - Document sprint reports. ## Requirements - Pursuing a diploma in IT from a recognized local polytechnic. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). - Java programming background (at least able to read code). - Basic knowledge or skills in programming languages (advantage). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects if required. ## Documents and Information Required - Resume (PDF format).
