You will be a key point of contact, ensuring the highest standards of financial management and general administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing a service charge budget, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and providing crucial analytical support. ## What your day-to-day will look like - **POs** – Raise on the system, coding (communications to the ops team), and POs for filing. - **Invoices** – Monthly list, coding, and month-end approvals. - **Budget Summary Overview** – Monthly updates and quarterly reporting to the team. - **Recharge Process** – Submit for invoices to be raised, collate backup and evidence, backup and calculations, and reconciliation with Yardi. - **NR** – Reconciliation with Yardi. - **Amenity & Wellbeing** – Allocate costs and administer the process throughout, ending in updating the tracker. - **Utilities & Rates Bills** – Monitor utility and rates bills and process instant payments on Yardi. - **Accrual process** – Monitor and update requests. - **Journals** – Reconcile the system with trackers to journal regularly. - **Receivables** – Track payments received. - **Procurement / Adding to Voyager** – Collate required data for onboarding, submit requests, and track progress. - **Governance** – Track contracts, accreditations, insurance details, costs, proposals, and contact names (tracker). - **Contract Variations** – Track contract costs, update CVF forms, and reconcile with POs and the finance team. - **Quotes** – Track, update, reconcile with invoicing and payments. - **Reports** – Expenditure, schedules, POs, and payables (SC, DR, NR, INS, CP). - **Update multiple finance trackers**. ## Applying to this role This Finance Administrator role at JLL runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
