## Job Description

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide support in the engineering analysis of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
  
- Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of innovative building technologies.
  
- Monitor and analyse buildings’ efficiency via the Building Management System (BMS).
  
- Assist in the day-to-day technical operations support.
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, or any other sustainable building-related discipline.
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  
- Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately.
  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
