You will use the latest banking solutions, cutting-edge financial technology, and friendly, attentive service to lead the acquisition, management, and retention of meaningful client relationships—using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients’ needs and support the success of the branch. ## Job Responsibilities - Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service and creating a welcoming environment. - Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations. - Use clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients by asking questions, listening, and anticipating needs to build trust. - Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs whenever and however they want. - Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult with clients on banking solutions, and collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts for specialized financial needs. - Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results. - Ability to create memorable experiences that elevate the client experience. - Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor product and service features and benefits to clients with differing needs. - Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail while delivering a consistent client experience. - Ability to operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal and external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training. - High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. - Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. Unlicensed applicants must obtain required licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire (study materials and support provided). - Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. ## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - College degree or military equivalent. - Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. ## Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
