Consultants collaborate with client teams (typically among the world’s leading companies) to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions to complex business problems. Aligns people, processes, and technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and transformation—enabling change and creating value across the client organization. - **Financial Reporting Remediation & Compliance:** Supports companies in navigating complex financial reporting situations to reduce risk of non-compliance and limit exposure to financial restatements and other costly non-routine situations (including restatements, mergers, and IPOs). Proactively monitors new accounting rules, alerts clients to changing requirements, and assists with complex accounting or reporting challenges. - **People & Change:** Focuses on the human side of transformation by helping companies with people, talent, and skills components. Protiviti offers a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of contributions.
