Assist the Technical Services Manager with the following:

  
- 
    **Update databases for knowledge management**, including:
    

      
- Vendor list
      
- Waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
      
- Cost database
    

  
  
- 
    Assist with and gain exposure to day-to-day Asset Enhancement project management work, including:
    

      
- Design management
      
- Procurement
      
- Construction
      
- Document management
      
- Defects management
    

  
  
- Explore opportunities for automation and optimization using AI.
  
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the value chain to develop a deeper understanding of the real estate industry.
