## SGX Group Internship Programme

The internship programme is full-time. Interns will be immersed in specialist functions and involved in real-time work from Day 1. Leave of Absence (LOA) may be required to take on the internship.

## Listing Compliance

### Team Overview

The Listing Compliance team monitors listed companies’ compliance with continuing listing obligations.

### Learning Objectives

  
- Acquire knowledge of listing rules
  
- Learn how to apply listing rules and tailor them to specific circumstances of each case
  
- Develop an understanding of corporate actions such as placements, rights issues, acquisitions and disposals
  
- Build analytical skills and soft skills, including interpersonal skills, teamwork and presentation competency

### Job Description

  
- Report to the Team Leader and Head, Listing Compliance, and manage a portfolio of listed issuers
  
- Monitor compliance with listing rules and liaise with issuers and relevant professionals on regulatory matters
  
- Process simple to moderate corporate actions within the relevant timeframe
  
- Review financial statements and annual reports
  
- Attend meetings for portfolio companies and maintain minutes of discussions
  
- Provide support to team members

### Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  
- Meticulous attention to detail
  
- Some knowledge in Accounting or Finance
  
- Interest in reading
  
- Good command of English, including writing short memorandums
  
- Analytical thinking
  
- Good presentation skills
