Process corporate actions income and events for the SG and HK booking centres. ## Typical day - Reconcile custodian payment advices and process payments to clients. - Review custodian corporate action (CA) event notifications and generate client notifications for voluntary and mandatory events. - Consolidate clients’ responses for voluntary corporate actions and instruct custodians accordingly. - Liaise with custodians and the front office on income and event queries. ## Primary role responsibilities - Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all incomes and corporate events. - Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes and events. - Handle queries from relationship managers (RMs), market associates (MAs), and custodians on incomes and events. - Process entries for commission fees collected or update the waiver file if fees are waived. ## Other contributions - Prepare disclosure letters based on shareholder requests from companies. - Participate in UAT. - Participate in ad hoc projects. ## What is required for you to succeed? - Knowledge of equity, bond, and derivatives. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Strong team player. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ## Required education / certification / licenses Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ## About BNP Paribas BNP Paribas is a leading European Union bank and one of the world’s largest financial institutions, with an uninterrupted presence in the region since 1860.
