## Role details

## Job Duties

  
- Extract data from databases and generate regular reports.
  
- Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis and provide insights to support the marketing team in designing and reviewing campaign performance.
  
- Run ad-hoc analysis to support business users.
  
- Research and provide marketing insights.
  
- Track business KPIs.

## Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign delivery that drives business growth.

## Skills & Experience

  
- 1 year of analytics experience is preferred.
  
- Interest in joining financial institutions and willingness to learn.
  
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  
- Knowledge of SQL and Salesforce is an advantage.

## Qualifications & Attributes

  
- University graduate preferred.
  
- Expected to achieve basic and simple insurance certification within the probation period.
  
- High energy level with a strong service-oriented attitude.
  
- Independent, driven, and a self-starter.
  
- Possess initiative, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
