## Responsibilities

  
- Research target industries, markets, and competitor information.
  
- Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement.
  
- Work with management to build and maintain client relationships.
  
- Identify and communicate potential engagements to management.
  
- Report and present analyses and conclusions, including written reports.
  
- Perform valuations of private equity and venture capital investments across a variety of industries. Experience with capital allocation models such as OPM and PWERM is preferred.
  
- Review transaction agreements and capital structures to understand the rights of different share classes.
  
- Perform business and intangible assets valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactions.
  
- Develop financial models for transaction and valuation engagements.

## Requirements

  
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA.
  
- Minimum 1 year of valuation experience, preferably valuing private equity investments and financial instruments.
  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
- Excellent computer skills, such as MS Word and Excel.
  
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
- Experience working with diverse teams.
