## Responsibilities

  
- Support sample cards shipment, including preparation of shipping documents.
  
- Prepare AWBs for shipment via courier services (DHL/FedEx).
  
- Validate forwarders’ billing invoices.
  
- Conduct cost analysis.
  
- Record daily shipments in the shipment file.
  
- Check and validate AWBs and export permits.

## Requirements

  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  
- Team player with a dynamic personality.
  
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
  
- Self-motivated.
  
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
