## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist the department in evaluating hazards, exposures, and overall impacts associated with the operation of process equipment, building facilities, and projects.
  
- Participate in incident investigations, field audits, and other incident causation and prevention and preventive maintenance activities.
  
- Learn and contribute ideas for process improvement to support overall safety and health standards and building facilities within the organization.
  
- Assist the department with daily HSE and facilities administration, including documentation, occupational health and safety programs, and preventive maintenance programs.
  
- Assist with ISO documentation audits.
  
- Support general HSE and facilities administration.
  
- Perform other duties as required by the department.

## Qualifications / Requirements

  
- Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management.
  
- Experience in Safety and Health and knowledge of building facilities is preferred.
  
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create graphs, presentation materials, and documentation.
