This role serves as the bridge between the bank’s offerings and clients’ needs, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success. ## Accountabilities - Manage client relationships by identifying clients’ financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance. Perform financial modeling, valuation evaluation, and industry research to support client engagements. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, investment memorandums, and market updates. Assist senior bankers in guiding relationships with private equity firms, asset managers, and other financial sponsors. Evaluate sponsor investment strategies, portfolio companies, fundraising activities, and market trends, and monitor industry developments and transaction activity. Maintain client databases, transaction pipelines, and internal reporting materials.
