Posted 2026-07-16; applications close 2026-09-14. **Apply**: https://hcgn.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/47554 Posted 6d ago. ## Role details ## Responsibilities - Participate in all phases of the transaction cycle from pitch to close. - Prepare pitch materials and update decks for client meetings. - Prepare detailed transaction marketing materials, including confidential information memoranda and management presentations. - Perform extensive financial modeling and valuation analysis. - Manage diligence workstreams, including populating and managing virtual data rooms. - Liaise directly with the client’s C-suite and senior management to prepare marketing materials and respond to diligence requests. - Conduct comprehensive company and industry research, and develop and maintain industry thought pieces and analyses for presentation to clients. - Analyze financial model outputs and client information to formulate and present conclusions for discussion purposes. ## Qualifications - 1+ years of direct experience with proven client interaction and Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, or Capital Markets experience. Strong accounting backgrounds (2–4 years) with Big 4 accounting firms will be considered. - Attendance in a formal investment or corporate banking training program is preferred, but not required. - Ability to function in a flat organization, manage multiple projects concurrently, and work effectively as an individual and as part of multiple teams. - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas persuasively, organized, and clearly. - Ability to follow up independently and consistently. - Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, including a solid understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and company or industry analysis. - Self-starting team player who can think strategically and excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and challenging work environment. - High degree of maturity and integrity with a positive, hardworking attitude. - Excellent attention to detail. - Full command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience with related financial services software, including S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, PitchBook, and similar tools. ## Working Hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00+ pm ## Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $115,000–$120,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors, including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
