## Job Description

The Contracts Analyst position supports the deal life-cycle process by ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of contracts for all commodities. The role also ensures that trade data in ETRM matches the contract issued or received, including verification of broker confirmations and counterparty contracts.

## Main Responsibilities

  
- For standardized deals or deals under a master trading agreement: perform pre-validations and validations, issue contracts from templates, and validate and accept counterparty contracts.
  
- Escalate contract issues and discrepancies to experienced or senior analysts.
  
- Ensure the accuracy of internal trade data.
  
- Validate transactions against trader recaps, broker confirmations, and counterparty contracts.
  
- Interact with counterparty contacts and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  
- Maintain records of internal and external contractual correspondence.

## Education

  
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; or
  
- Legal qualification with specialization in trading.

## Experience

  
- Experience administering contract issuance and acceptance.
  
- Experience with wholesale and/or trading contracts.

## Skills

  
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
  
- Strong legal wording skills in English.
  
- Incoterms knowledge (preferred).
