This role advances the strategy of our Digital Leads program within our Private Wealth Management business. Your work will support the acquisition of qualified ultra-high net worth prospects by partnering with Marketing, Product, and Analytics team members, as well as our external digital marketing agency, to grow and optimize different marketing channels. You will collaborate with teammates across the world to expand our strategy into key international markets. ## Private Wealth Management (PWM) Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) creates comprehensive wealth management plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM teams work one-on-one with clients to deliver customized strategies drawn from Goldman Sachs’ investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities, and global reach. Private Wealth Advisors deliver an investment platform that includes the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning, and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship enables complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond. ## Private Wealth Management Digital Leads Team The Wealth Management Digital Leads team sources new qualified prospects for our Private Wealth Advisors through acquisition marketing, paid media campaigns, content marketing, and website optimization. This nimble, collaborative team continually looks for new opportunities to drive business growth by capitalizing on market trends, anticipating the needs of prospective clients, and diving into performance data to develop optimization strategies. ## Responsibilities - Work with the paid search and broader marketing team to develop and execute effective paid search campaigns, including planning, development, legal and compliance approvals, execution, optimization, and reporting. - Conduct keyword research and analysis, copy development, bid strategy, and budget allocation. - Review campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; develop reporting dashboards and conduct deep-dive analysis as needed. - Manage, allocate, and forecast monthly and annual ad spend efficiently across multiple campaigns and platforms. - Communicate performance insights to Marketing team leadership, including relevant market-level trends. - Develop and own a testing plan; scale new learnings to improve campaign performance across the account. - Collaborate with Marketing, Business, Website, Analytics, and Legal and Compliance teams. - Help manage the relationship with the external digital marketing agency and collaborate with them to execute growth-focused initiatives. ## Qualifications and Desired Characteristics - 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid acquisition marketing channels. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms. - Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze large data sets, identify performance trends, and develop creative solutions to act on them. - A growth marketing mindset—constantly identifying opportunities to drive revenue and optimize advertising spend. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, business-oriented insights for executive leaders. - Comfortable using AI tools and leveraging them for daily marketing work. - Curiosity about wealth management concepts and financial markets. - Ability to manage complex and/or multiple projects to completion on time with autonomy. - Persistent and tenacious, with the ability to handle ambiguity; strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. - Team-first attitude; works well with others. ## Applying to this role This Asset & Wealth Management, Private Wealth Management, Digital Marketing Analyst-New York role at Goldman Sachs runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
