## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities

  
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including maintenance and upkeep of company facilities at all warehouses.
  
- Manage and handle annual electrical licensing and other licenses for renewal.
  
- Source contractors and obtain quotations for necessary maintenance work; review maintenance term contracts.
  
- Handle A&A works and renovation projects.
  
- Steer warehouse operations to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  
- Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives, and process improvements.
  
- Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance, including periodic safety and health risk assessments.
  
- Ensure implementation of policies, procedures, and work standards.
  
- Coordinate periodic maintenance of facilities and escalate any malfunctions to the Realty Facility Manager.
  
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety.
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

## Qualifications

  
- Facility-related or relevant diploma certificate.
  
- Fire Safety Manager and Workplace Safety & Health certificate will be advantageous.
  
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
- Familiarity with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations in the real estate and property management industry.
  
- Experience with SFA licensing applications will be an advantage.
