**Time:** 9am–5pm

Curious about a fast-paced, client-facing career at the heart of global financial markets?

The Women in Broking Insight Day is designed to support and provide insight for ambitious early-career talent looking to break into the industry. No prior financial services experience is required.

TP ICAP regularly recruits Trainee Broker and Desk Assistant positions, offering complete on-the-job training. This event offers real exposure to life on the broking floor and helps you understand what it takes to succeed in a commercial, relationship-driven environment.

## What You Will Do

  
- Gain insight into broking across key asset classes (e.g., Rates, FX)
  
- Hear directly from brokers about their career journeys
  
- Build your network with peers and industry professionals
