## Role details

## Job Responsibilities

### (A) Employee Experience

  
- Work with the Employee Experience and Early Careers team to develop and execute employee experience-related activities.
  
- Support content creation for internal and external communication channels, including social media.
  
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the employee experience is integrated and consistent across the organization.
  
- Perform other duties as assigned.

### (B) Talent Acquisition

  
- Provide timely support and implementation of end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements of each role.
  
- Provide fresh ideas and inputs to hiring strategies and pipeline building initiatives, including employee experience and employer branding initiatives.
  
- Participate as part of the planning team in internship and MA engagement activities and programs.
  
- Craft eDM materials on new HR initiatives.
  
- Build essential talent acquisition skillsets such as talent mapping and negotiation.
