(Visit our benefits page to learn more.) ## Responsibilities - Assist in process improvement projects at the 3PL warehouse (e.g., automation projects). - Conduct time studies and process observations to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities. - Support preparation of work instructions (WI), SOP updates, and training materials to standardize operations and reduce errors. - Drive data collection and analysis for operational metrics (e.g., labor productivity, warehouse space utilization, aging inventory, etc.). - Participate in weekly/monthly operational reviews with 3PL and internal teams. - Assist in investigation and closure of operational issues (e.g., 8D), including basic root cause analysis (RCA). - Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and Transportation teams to support smooth execution and service recovery when needed. ## Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, charts); PowerPoint for reporting. - Comfortable working with operational data and building basic trackers/dashboards (Smartsheet/Tableau is a plus). - Exposure to WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or any WMS) is an advantage. - Basic understanding of Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Pareto, Fishbone, 5S) is a plus. - Strong documentation skills—able to write clear SOPs, workflows, and process maps (Visio is a plus). ## Education / Requirements - Diploma in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management. ## Team Overview The AMSEA Logistics Operations team manages warehouse operations across the region (SG/MY/PH), working closely with internal stakeholders, 3PL warehouse partners, and transportation providers. The team focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across warehousing and distribution processes.
