## Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and aim to delight our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.

## Responsibilities

  
- Safely transport employees to and from work locations using the company’s fleet of vehicles
  
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition
  
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety
  
- Provide a comfortable and professional driving experience for employees
  
- Assist with loading and unloading of passenger belongings as needed
  
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and any incidents
  
- Communicate effectively with employees and the transportation team to coordinate schedules and address any concerns

## Requirements

  
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver or in a similar role
  
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with employees in a courteous and professional manner
  
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure punctual and efficient transportation services
  
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, to accommodate employee schedules
  
- Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the most efficient routes
  
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and well-maintained vehicle at all times
