## Role details

## Overview

As a member of the IT Services Organization, you will support internal employees by delivering hands-on IT services. This is a technical on-premise role focused on supporting PC hardware, software, and internal tooling, including coordinating with an internal ticketing tool and maintaining IT asset inventory.

## Key Job Responsibilities

  
- Support internal employees with PC hardware, software, and internal tooling in an on-premise environment.
  
- Use the internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers.
  
- Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company.
  
- Manage IT asset inventory.

## Basic Qualifications

  
- High school or equivalent diploma.
  
- Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
  
- Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
  
- Experience delivering IT client, server, and network services.
  
- Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
  
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
  
- Experience working with Windows Server technologies.

## Preferred Qualifications

  
- Experience in networking.
  
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
