## Marketing Assistant

TR Electronic is seeking a Marketing Assistant to develop marketing materials and build awareness for our brand. This role offers a casual working environment and a team of friendly, talented industry leaders who are passionate about sensors and encoders.

## Responsibilities

  
- Create high-quality graphic and written materials and marketing collateral.
  
- Understand, implement, and optimize current SEO/SEM tactics to improve search engine results.
  
- Build and manage brand awareness through social media by scheduling posts, supporting social media campaigns, analyzing LinkedIn performance, and creating engaging written content.
  
- Create, update, and maintain landing pages and the company website in collaboration with internal teams.
  
- Monitor website traffic and provide leads to dedicated teams.
  
- Collaborate with and assist the internal Sales team with sales materials and customer presentations.

## Qualifications and Skills

  
- Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.
  
- Experience managing SEO/SEM tactics.
  
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  
- Social media savvy, with knowledge and experience using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
- Strong attention to detail.
  
- Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  
- Resourceful and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
