**About the Role**

Connecteam is looking for a driven, tech-savvy Professional Service Manager to deliver professional services to clients. You will set up Connecteam features based on client workflows, integrate Connecteam with other platforms, and migrate data from existing tools into Connecteam. You will work closely with the Customer Success (CS) and Research & Development (R&D) teams to build expertise and provide outstanding service, streamlining onboarding and customer processes.

## Key Responsibilities

  
- Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
  
- Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
  
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  
- Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners (including payment processing providers) to support implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

## Experience & Skills

  
- 1 year of experience in a SaaS company (preferred).
  
- Native-level English proficiency (MUST).
  
- Tech-savvy, dedicated, eager to learn, and focused on continuous improvement.
  
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

## Working Hours

  
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm.

## Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of **$60,000 per year**, along with Medical Coverage, an insurance plan, 401(k), and paid time off (vacation and sick days).
