## Job Description

  
- Assess processes to identify potential compliance risks and provide advice to internal teams.
  
- Advise internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs.
  
- Manage controls and conduct reviews post-implementation.
  
- Manage internal and external reviews and audits.
  
- Ensure incidents are actioned with proper plans and closed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  
- Follow up on compliance issues requiring investigation, including raising and closing incidents.
  
- Provide advice and guidance on compliance issues as they arise.
  
- Collaborate closely with internal risk stakeholders, including Group Compliance, Non-Financial Risk Management, and Group Legal.
  
- Provide relevant training to cross-functional teams on compliance requirements.
  
- Support business units in Operational Risk Reporting.
  
- Support the line manager in cultivating risk awareness and culture within the business unit.
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
