We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide analytical support for key real estate initiatives for a Global Client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to facilitate senior management reporting, manage complex projects, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region. ## Key Responsibilities - Document management and system administration for an Asia Pacific lease portfolio. - Prepare portfolio, financial, and business analysis for standard reporting. - Support stakeholders to validate business requirements and assist with real estate strategy formulation. - Monitor critical dates and support Client’s regional managers on transaction requirements. - Ensure compliance adoption and process standardization for real estate projects and requirements. - Develop concise management presentations based on understanding of key business drivers. - Support the transaction team on individual strategy/transaction activities as needed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Client stakeholders and internal teams. - Contribute to the development and implementation of real estate strategies. - Collaborate closely with the outsourced lease administration team to monitor and uphold data quality standards, providing guidance and feedback as needed. - Ensure all lease abstractions are completed with the highest level of accuracy, capturing key dates and critical lease events without omission. - Regularly audit lease abstraction outputs and system records, escalating discrepancies or risks to management promptly. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in Asia Pacific. - Experience supporting corporate real estate functions. - Strong analytical skills with business acumen. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). - Proficiency in technology skills, including real estate software tools and platforms. - Outstanding time management and task prioritization skills. ## Ideal Candidate Profile - Great communicator: able to convey ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. - Ambitious: results-oriented with commitment to high-quality standards and delivery against goals. - Resilient: thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change. - Detail-oriented: manages complex transactions with precision and accuracy. - Prior experience in lease administration or lease management is an advantage. ## Location On-site – Hong Kong, SAR, China ## Applying to this role This Analyst APAC role at JLL runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
