## Role details

## Position Overview

Join the multi-disciplinary Systems team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our autonomous systems. You will work on challenging problems, from investigating critical live issues to optimizing workflows for operational excellence.

## Role responsibilities

  
- **Triage Critical Issues:** Analyze and prioritize system issues reported by internal teams or external customers.
  
- **In-Depth Investigations:** Conduct detailed analyses of live issues involving autonomous systems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
  
- **Performance Optimization:** Investigate and analyze factors impacting productivity, safety, and system performance, such as harsh braking incidents.
  
- **Automation Development:** Design and build tools to automate the triage and analysis of reported issues.
  
- **Workflow Optimization:** Leverage automation tools to improve and streamline operational processes and workflows.

## Required Experience

### Technical skills

  
- Proficiency in Python with experience in software debugging and deployment processes.
  
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to extract insights from data and understand complex problems.

### Experience

  
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.

### Soft skills

  
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  
- A high level of curiosity and persistence when investigating and resolving technical challenges.

## Bonus experience

  
- Experience working on robotics or autonomous systems projects.
  
- Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS or autonomous vehicle systems.
  
- Knowledge of performance analytics or machine learning techniques.
  
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
