## What you'll do

  
- Liaise with drivers and clients to ensure deliveries are dispatched and tracked according to requirements.
  
- Partner with the driver operations team to coordinate logistics personnel (e.g., truck drivers) based on availability and project needs.
  
- Prepare end-of-day (EOD) reports and invoices when required for clients and the local team.
  
- Arrange same-day deliveries for events and projects.
  
- Attend to client requests and assist with claims for additional charges.
  
- Assist with sorting and packing whenever necessary.

## What we seek

  
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with G Suite.
  
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues.
  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
- 5-day work week with the ability to commit to 1 weekend.
  
- Ability to commit to Evening Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
  
- High potential for conversion during the contract term based on performance and company needs.
