## Key Duties and Responsibilities

  
- Organize and administer the system (purchase order confirmation, invoice revision, tracking numbers).
  
- Data analysis.
  
- Generation of all the databases needed for the smooth sales operation.
  
- Support on the strategic execution for sales.
  
- Sales support administrator and customer service.
  
- Coordination with other areas and departments in order to accomplish sales.
  
- Efficient administration and processing of information by using Excel tools and creating macros for better maximization of resources.
  
- Strategic supervision of the sales and purchasing by receiving and providing intelligence.

## Requirements and Qualifications

  
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  
- Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with solid follow-up skills.
  
- Strong team player.
  
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
- Competency in Excel is a must.
