The Role

We’re seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer for our Core Application Workflows team. In this role, you’ll maintain and evolve critical services that power our financial data ecosystem while helping to modernize our architecture. Our team focuses on building outstanding user experiences, powerful APIs, and sophisticated analysis tools for our global customer base of Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers. You will work on foundational services and systems that make our platform powerful and scalable across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

• Be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team
• Own features, collaborate with senior engineers, and ship code
• Learn and apply engineering standard processes and principles
• Document software functionality, system design, and project plans with clean, readable code and comments
• Collaborate with engineering leads to define and implement platform architecture that supports growth and scalability
• Evaluate and drive strategic business and technology decisions for the company and for customers

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficient in one or more programming languages; Java is commonly used, but familiarity with other languages is welcome
• Proficient or willing to learn front-end frameworks (e.g., Ember, Svelte)
• Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, OLAP, and/or data lake architectures
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners
• A rapid learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
