A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. ## Responsibilities - Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions, such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via data room. - Liaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC updates. - KYC/onboard new lenders in our syndicate transactions. Assist in streamlining secondary trade settlements. - Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates. - Coordinate with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responses. ## Qualifications - 1–3 years of relevant work experience - Series 79, 63 preferred - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of debt markets and ClearPAR - Bachelor’s degree ## Compensation & Benefits The typical base pay range for this role is $100,000 – $110,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The role may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
