## Job Description

IBKR is seeking exceptional individuals to join its fast-growing APAC Institutional Services group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to IBKR’s advisor clients including wealth/asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices. Our mission is to build deep, long-term relationships and provide a seamless client experience as we continuously expand our global product and service offerings.

## Responsibilities

  
- Resolve technical, account, and trade-related inquiries via email, telephone, and web ticket.
  
- Take ownership of and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders across functional groups and regions.
  
- Assist clients with the entire investment lifecycle including but not limited to cash and position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation.
  
- Ad hoc projects and assignments – e.g., client outreach, platform training, market research.

## Qualifications

### Core competencies

  
- Exceptional relationship management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
  
- Ability to think critically and reason about complex systems and processes
  
- Familiar with a variety of asset classes (Stocks/ETFs, Options, Bonds, FX, Funds, Futures, Crypto)

### Requirements

  
- Undergraduate degree
  
- At least 1-2 years prior experience at a wealth/asset management firm, family office, or other financial institution (new graduates who demonstrate a strong grasp of the core competencies will also be considered)
  
- Holder of SFC licenses for RA Type 1, 2, and 3, or ability to obtain within 90 days of joining
