As a Treasury Operations – Business Management Intern within Group Operations & Technology, you’ll help strengthen process excellence and enable the smooth execution of treasury activities. Your ability to learn quickly and apply analytical thinking will help you contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, risk management, and service delivery. ## What You Do Your responsibilities will include: - **Business Management Support:** work with the Business Management team responsible for process excellence, project management, and testing, acting as a liaison within the department and across the organisation - **Trade Lifecycle Exposure:** gain an understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from inception through settlement and reporting - **Workshops & Performance Management:** support workshop planning and assist with scorecards, metrics, financial reporting, and documentation to drive departmental performance - **Process Improvement & Automation:** collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation - **Ways of Working:** support initiatives that drive new ways of working and behaviours to deliver faster, better, and more cost-efficient internal and external services - **User Tools Review:** review, maintain, and enhance user-assisted tools to improve processes and recommend more strategic alternatives ## Who You Work With You’ll be part of the Treasury Operations team within Group Operations & Technology, supporting the bank’s global markets activities.
