This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced consultants on high-impact client engagements. ### Key Responsibilities - Support the delivery of risk and regulatory compliance projects for banking clients - Conduct legal, compliance and regulatory research, analysis, documentation and implementation - Assist in the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and controls - Participate in client meetings and workshops - Collaborate with a diverse team of consultants to deliver project milestones - Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables - Work with Managing Director, Manager, Senior Consultant and Consultant to deliver project ## Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field - Strong interest in risk management, regulatory compliance, and the financial services sector - Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Fluency in English is required - Proficiency in Japanese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous - Prior experience in Banking, Consulting or Financial Services is highly advantageous ## Additional Information We believe in supporting our team professionally and personally. ## Our Commitment to Diversity At Sia, we believe in fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where our employees and partners are valued and thrive in a sense of belonging.
