## Role Overview

We are experiencing tremendous growth and have an immediate need for a Junior Administrator to join our sales team. The role involves supporting quoting and order paperwork, learning how a hi-tech networking business operates, and assisting with day-to-day admin tasks. No networking background is required—we will train you on our products and systems. This position is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

## Responsibilities

  
- Prepare customer quotations using templates and price lists under guidance from senior sales staff.
  
- Enter and update orders in our CRM/ERP system once approved.
  
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  
- Track outstanding quotes and orders and chase for updates internally.
  
- Handle routine paperwork: filing contracts, sending order confirmations, and basic invoicing support.
  
- Respond to simple customer queries by email or phone; escalate technical questions to the appropriate person.
  
- Support the wider sales team with general admin, diary management, document preparation, and data entry.
  
- Coordinate with distributors/suppliers on simple requests (e.g., confirming stock or delivery dates).

## Qualifications

  
- Good attention to detail, especially with numbers and written communication.
  
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and willing to learn new software systems.
  
- Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and follow processes accurately.
  
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and learn.
  
- Good written and spoken English for customer-facing correspondence.

## Desirable (not required — training provided)

  
- Some office administration or customer service experience (even part-time or weekend roles).
  
- Interest in IT or technology.
  
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
