The Role

We are seeking a new addition to our cohort in New York with experience at an expert network, in executive search, or in consulting. Role overview:

As a member of our execution team, you will deliver a small number of game-changing Senior Advisors to our private equity clients on each project. Your work has a direct impact on our clients’ ability to compete on landmark private equity deals across key economic sectors.

Your day will focus on:

  • Research: Quickly and thoroughly understand industry ecosystems to identify and map the key companies and executives relevant to the deal.
  • Communication: Source, interview, and secure experienced C-level executives and thought leaders as advisors to our clients, in exclusivity.
  • Client Management: Present research findings to our PE clients and recommend the most relevant advisors for maximum impact on the given deal process.

About You

  • You will have 1–2 years of experience at an expert network, in executive search, or at a consultancy.
  • You possess a high-performance mindset, a desire to own your work, and a healthy dose of grit.
  • You thrive on constructive feedback, are coachable, and driven to grow.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to excellence.
  • You are fluent in English and have the right to work in the US.

  • First full-year OTE: $120,000, with $82,500 base + bonus scheme
