AXIS has a regulatory obligation to ensure that third-party companies comply with minimum standards for the handling of claims where there is a Delegated Claims Authority (DCA). The role is to assist the Claims team in fulfilling this obligation. ## What will you do in this role? - Onboarding and completion of third-party due diligence - Creation of DCA contracts - Review, analysis, and reporting of third-party performance - Coordination of third-party audit scheduling - Issuance and tracking to closure of audit recommendations - Production and analysis of information required for internal governance meetings - Input, maintenance, and monitoring of the DCA Register and records in other IT platforms - Prepare and update third-party contracts and schedules for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Coverholders - Third-party performance oversight monitoring - Oversight of loss funds - Liaison with necessary key stakeholders You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities, and activities appropriate to the nature of this role. ## About You We encourage you to bring your own experience and expertise to the table.
